These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") govern, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), the mutual rights and obligations between the website operator (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") arising in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the provision of digital content.
